Likewise, we act for landlord clients, advising on the full range of property law issues involved with acquiring, developing, letting and disposing of commercial property. This will often involve liaising with surveyors and commercial property agents.

We represent a number of overseas clients on their investments within the UK, setting up and advising on appropriate offshore companies through which the inward investment is best structured.
