Shelagh Testar qualified in 1979 having trained with one of the old and well established City solicitor firms. She worked for several years in a large west London practice, during which time she took a break to look after her three children. In 2000 she joined Perry Hay & Co and became a partner in 2002.

Shelagh has a wide experience in property law, both residential and commercial. When time allows Shelagh enjoys music and the arts and sings in choirs both locally and in London.
